We all know that RECEIVING  "PAPER" QSL CARDS is the only way to qualify for the DXCC, WAZ, WAC and so many others . - The "bureau" is not working fast here (I receive cards once a year!) , so I use to send my QSL´s direct with SAE and IRC or GREEN STAMPS and with all the cares and tricks to avoid that someone "steal" or "lose" them on the way. So OM, if you get my card PSE QSL to the address printed in the envelope I sent. If the IRC is not enough or good  in you country, tell it to me by email.-  New eQSL.cc is an interesting thing and I use it, but ARRL and others do not accept it for awards. If you use it, don´t forget to send also a card, at least by "old and slow" bureau.- I will be very HAPPY AND GRATEFUL with the "new one".- I love DX ... and you? ...

But PLEASE don´t forget "old" PAPER QSL
